ONE PERSON PER UNIT (LEADER OR THEIR DESIGNEE) PUT IN REGISTRATION FOR THAT UNIT. PLEASE NO INDIVIDUAL SIGN UPS. Please remember that when you enter registration data into the system, you must always hit purchase on the last screen for your data to be saved to the system. That applies no matter your form of payment. Also, applies any time you make updates.  Please remember to hit the purchase button, and you should receive an immediate receipt sent to the e-mail that you have indicated.  Please only register for Winter Camp on this particular registration. Do not combine registration for other events.

Our winter camp staff is looking forward to a great winter camp this year. Winter Camp at Camp T.L. James is made possible through the efforts of a 100% volunteer staff, consisting of Scouters and volunteers from different professions. Life and Eagle Scouts also serve on staff and assist the adult counselors. 

Registration for Winter Camp is by ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY. The Individual Scout Merit Badge Worksheets are to assist the Scoutmasters with online registration. The worksheets Will Not be accepted at the Scout Office. Scoutmasters, please read this Leader’s Guide carefully, and complete the online registration on the Council Website for each of your Scout’s sessions.

Winter Camp 2021 Regular fee is $185 per Scout and includes t-shirt. All Scouts registered and paid $30 deposit by Monday, November 8th will receive $25 off of the regular fee making their registration $160.  Anyone who does not pay deposits by Monday, November 8th will receive regular Scout fee of $185.  Full payments must be received by Monday, November 15th. T-shirt order deadline is Thursday, November 11th.

Adult fee is $60.  One free leader registration per 8 boys. Youth staff fee is $60 and you will be allowed to work on one merit badge. All youth staff candidates must have prior approval by their Scoutmaster and the Program Director before they register online.

Please pay your fees by mail, by walk in to Scout Shop in Monroe, or via phone by credit card (Visa, Master, or Discover) to Robin Richard at 325-4634. This way you avoid online charges and Robin can ensure that you are paying correct total.

Early Discount
Before 11/8/2021 a discount of $25.00 will apply to all Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
In case of camper cancellations, $75 of the camper's fee is non-refundable. It may be transferred to another Scout taking his or her place. The balance of the camper fee paid is refundable upon written request during the check-in at camp. A refund may be granted under the following conditions: Illness of Scout prevents attendance at Winter Camp. Illness or death in family of Scout prevents attendance. Family removal from local Council area makes it impractical for Scout to attend local Council camp. Note: Refunds are returned directly to the troop and not individuals; therefore, refunds must be handled by the troop. Illness-related, please send copy of doctor's note/excuse.
